Instruction on the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract
1. When you have the right to withdraw
As a consumer, when purchasing remotely, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you receive the goods.
2. When you DO NOT have this right (regarding ránko.sk breakfast boxes)
In accordance with Act no. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection, a consumer may not withdraw from a contract the subject of which is:
- goods subject to rapid deterioration or spoilage (fresh food), and
- goods made according to the consumer's special requirements and prepared for a specific ordered delivery date.
Ránko.sk breakfast boxes meet both criteria, therefore the right of withdrawal cannot be applied to them. However, it is possible to cancel or change an order free of charge before the cut-off time (see Terms and Conditions).
3. If you order goods to which the exemption does not apply
If you were to order non-perishable goods to which the exemption does not apply, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days as follows:
- Notify the seller of the withdrawal by an unequivocal statement (by e-mail or the attached form) within the 14-day period.
- Send the goods back no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal.
- The seller will refund your payment within 14 days, using the same payment method.
- The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer, unless agreed otherwise.
