2. What data we process and for what purpose
2.1 Order processing and delivery – name, surname, delivery address, e-mail, phone, order details. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
2.2 Accounting and invoicing – billing information including company details (name, Company ID, Tax ID, VAT ID). Legal basis: fulfillment of legal obligations.
2.3 Newsletter subscription (if you sign up) – e-mail. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
2.4 Handling complaints and customer communication. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interest.
3. To whom we disclose data (recipients)
We may disclose personal data to the following categories of processors and recipients, exclusively to the necessary extent:
- e-shop platform provider (Shopify),
- payment service provider (Stripe)
- accounting / invoicing software (Superfaktúra, Goodeshop)
- public authorities, if required by law.
4. How long we retain the data
4.1 Data from orders and invoices are retained for the period required by legal regulations (accounting and tax documents are generally kept for 10 years).
4.2 Data processed based on consent (newsletter) are retained until the consent is withdrawn.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, deleted, restricted, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava).

6. Transfer to third countries and automated decision-making
Some providers (e.g., Shopify) may process data outside the EU; in such cases, the transfer is secured by appropriate safeguards under GDPR. We do not carry out automated decision-making with legal effects or profiling.
